Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026 · Applies to all quotes, contracts and works carried out by Veritron sp. z o.o.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every consultation, quotation, contract and renovation service provided by Veritron sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland at Daniszewska 22, 03-230 Warszawa ("Veritron," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, or engaging our crews, the client ("you") accepts these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
Veritron provides residential and commercial renovation services, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, flooring installation, commercial build-outs, drywall and painting, and electrical integration. The specific scope, materials, timeline and price for each engagement are defined exclusively in the individual written project agreement or fixed-price quote issued to the client — this website is informational and does not itself constitute a binding offer.
2. Quotes, Estimates & Payment
Quotes issued following a site survey are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed-price quotes are binding once countersigned by both parties; any modification to scope, materials or access conditions discovered after signing will be documented in a written change order before additional work begins. Unless a different schedule is agreed in the project contract, payment is structured as a deposit prior to mobilisation, progress payments at agreed milestones, and a final payment upon client sign-off at the walkthrough described in our project methodology.
3. Project Timeline & Site Access
Estimated timelines assume reasonable, continuous access to the worksite during agreed hours, availability of utilities, and timely client decisions on selections that are on the critical path (fixtures, finishes, colours). Delays caused by restricted access, late selections, third-party trades outside our contract, or force majeure events will extend the schedule accordingly and will not be treated as a breach by Veritron.
4. Changes & Variations
Any change requested by the client after signing — including material upgrades, layout revisions, or scope additions — will be priced and documented in a signed change order before being carried out. Verbal instructions given on-site to crew members are not binding until confirmed in writing by a Veritron project manager.
5. Workmanship Warranty
All structural and installation work carried out directly by Veritron crews is covered by a workmanship warranty as specified in the project contract, typically covering defects in installation for a defined period following handover. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures and materials are passed through to the client separately and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or alterations carried out by third parties after handover.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for securing any homeowners'-association, landlord or building-management approvals required prior to works commencing, for disclosing known structural, electrical or plumbing issues ahead of the survey, and for safeguarding valuables and vacating the work area as agreed. Veritron will take reasonable precautions to protect adjacent finishes and belongings but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the start of works.
7. Insurance & Liability
Veritron carries general liability and workers' insurance appropriate to the scale of works undertaken and will provide certificates on request. Our liability for any claim arising from the works is limited to the value of the relevant contract, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory Polish law. Veritron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of rental income or business interruption, unless expressly agreed in the project contract.
8. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a signed project agreement subject to the notice period and any cancellation fee specified in that agreement, which typically reflects materials already ordered, labour already scheduled, and demobilisation costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
9. Intellectual Property
Design concepts, renderings, drawings and material specifications produced by Veritron as part of a paid design phase remain the intellectual property of Veritron until the corresponding invoice is paid in full, after which a licence to use them for the specific project is granted to the client.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any contract referencing them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for Warszawa, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to private clients under Polish and EU law.
